Special Announcement 1st November 2007 A proposal is currently being considered by the AWMN's National & State Directors, to set up a special committee for the dedicated purpose of raising and distributing funds to assist members and their families in crisis, and professional and amateur Drag Racing accident victims, both drivers and crew. The proposal is specifically targeted due to a number of valid reasons, not least being that the drag racing fraternity doesn't have personal accident insurance or access to counsellors available, as do some other motorsports. And the majority (approx 75%) of AWMN members are involved with drag racing in one way or another, but all current AWMN members will also be included. We've set up a special vote caster below to see how much support there would be for a motorsport related Accident & Crisis Fund...
