motorsports - Drag racing, Indy, V8's, Rally
Other interests/hobbies: Apart from
motorsports - fishing, ballroom dancing, outdoor activities (abseiling,
rock climbing, canoeing etc) and shopping!!
Creating
History: Taking aboard all the knowledge and teaching that
husband Brett had to offer, Kath debuted as the first ever female
driver in the Top Doorslammer Championship Series in 2004 in her Jack
Daniel's 1963 Corvette. Kath has now traded in the Corvette (pictured
above) as the entire Brett Stevens Racing entity have in 2006 debuted
their new look 2005 BA Falcon Top Doorslammers.
Some of
Kath's other achievments: include Queens Scout, both Bronze
and Silver Duke
of
Edinburgh's Awards, twice nominated for Young Australian of the Year
and received an award for Meritorious Conduct. Kath was enlisted in the
Australian Defence Force for 6 years which included a stint in East
Timor in 1999 on a peace enforcement operation.

Kath is also a valued
volunteer instructor and mentor at the AWMN Girl's
Torque Drag Racing Training Days
